Peaine Township Use of the Hall Rules

• No charge for residents of the township for any non township activity.
  
  
• A charge of $25 for non-residents of the township will be charged for any non township activity.
  
  
  • A $75 deposit will be charged at rental time for any function in which the kitchen/table chairs are used. This deposit will be forfeited if any of the following rules are broken. An inspection of the hall will be made before
    the fee is returned. If any damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the renter will be billed accordingly.
    
    
    • No smoking in the hall
      
      
    • Decorating must be limited to tables only. No scotch tape, tacks, etc. are to be used on walls, woodwork, or light fixtures.
      
      
    • Pick up all excess paper, etc., and dispose in waste containers. Leave the hall in an orderly and clean condition. Please use plastic bags for trash.
      
      
    • No writing on or marking up of bathroom walls. Do not remove fire extinguishers from the hall.
      
      
    • All music must stop at 12 midnight.
      
      
    • No liquor is permitted in the hall or the hall parking lot.

  Peaine Township Hall is located just north of Four Corners. It maintains a picnic area west of the building on this property for the public, as well as a wooden boardwalk which allows people to look out onto Font Lake.
